If you violate these conditions or part of these conditions, we may terminate this license agreement and your use of Minecraft Realms. You can also finish it at any time – just stop using your Minecraft empire and stop giving another access to it. Once completed, you can no longer use Minecraft Realms or give another access to your Minecraft empire. However, the “Minecraft Realms Property,” “Our Responsibility” and “General” sections continue to apply after termination. Starting with version 1.7.10 of Minecraft, all server owners must accept the Mojang End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be found under account.mojang.com/documents/minecraft_eula. From The 1.9.4 version of Minecraft, Mojang began blocking servers that do not comply with their LAM. This final user license agreement (“EULA” or “Conditions”) is a legal agreement between you and us (Mojang AB). The terms of this license contain certain rules for using the Minecraft Realms service. We don`t read license documents more than you do, so we`ve tried to keep it to a minimum. If you violate these rules, we can prevent you from using Minecraft Realms. If you use Minecraft Realms, you agree to abide by the rules of these conditions.

If you don`t want or can`t approve these rules, don`t use Minecraft Realms. Please read, print and save a copy of these terms and conditions for your records, as a copy is not registered for you. The username and password you created, as well as your account activities, are your responsibility. If someone uses your password to do something you don`t like or hurt, we can`t and aren`t responsible. If you would like to inform us that someone is violating your intellectual property at Minecraft Realms or any of our services, please send your notification here (www.microsoft.com/info/cpyrtInfrg.aspx). We reserve the right to take the content at our discretion. If so, we may terminate or block user accounts that are repeated offenders. IF YOU ARE PART OF THE EU-EFTA TERRITORY IN A COUNTRY: You have the legal right to cancel your Minecraft Realms subscription within 14 days of the date you purchased it. If you use your legal right of withdrawal, you must pay for the subscription you will receive until the date you announce your cancellation. We may deduct your refund, if it exists, to reflect this amount. We will refund you, if necessary, using the payment method you used to pay for your subscription.

We recommend that you inform us of your decision to cancel support@mojang.com by email. For more reading and making sure you stick to the EULA in Mojang, we recommend using Mojang`s blog on server monetization at: mojang.com/2014/06/lets-talk-server-monetisation We can also change these conditions from time to time if we have reasons to do so. For example, there may be changes in our games, practices or legal obligations, and these changes apply to your use of Minecraft Realms if you use it next year.
