2 CONSIDERING that, in order to achieve this goal, the school must establish a working immersion partnership with the company; CONSIDERING that the company is active in the area where the school is located and has offices, facilities, project sites and expertise that it can make available to the school for the purposes of student work; CONSIDERING that, as part of its mission, THE ENTREPRISE plans to partner with the school as part of its mission; CONSIDERING that the company can make use of Regulation 10 S on revenues, which implements the R.A.`s tax incentives, also known as the Adoption A-School Act of 1998; CONSIDERING that the School and the Society, referred to as common areas, commit to cooperate in the successful implementation of the SHS, known to the need for special protection of the child and in the best interests of the shs learner at heart; NOW, THEREFORE, for and taking into account the above premises, the PARTIES vote as follows: DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK IMMERSION PROGRAM The adoption of the Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013 or the Republic`s Law 10533, the DepEd was tasked with implementing the K-12 program, essentially adding two (2) years of specialization in the basic system; Deped designed the implementation of RA as part of increased community participation in the learner experience; In this context, DepEd offers places for different interest groups to participate in the implementation of RAs and, the same offer that PARTIESS accept here; The Work Immersion Program is one of the requirements for the conclusion. An SHS student must submit to a job in a business organization or company with specialization-related work requirements. By immersing themselves at work, students are familiar and familiar with the professional environment of their department. In particular, students are able to: 1) acquire relevant and practical industrial skills, under the guidance of industry experts and workers; 2. to appreciate the importance and application of the principles and theories taught in teaching; 3) improving their technical knowledge and skills; 4. Prepare them for the needs and challenges of employment, entrepreneurship or higher education after graduation. 6 ENTREPRISE and SCHOOL reserve their respective rights to terminate their participation in the agreement by an official written notification within thirty (30) days before the termination effect. Both parties must implement all services agreed upon in the Work Immersion Program. The termination is subject to reciprocal agreement between the parties. THE school, its administrator and the teachers who exercise the authority and supervision of the secondary school student immersed in the partner`s premises may be held responsible for the student`s actions. Each party must be held accountable for losses and damages resulting from an accident, act or omission directly attributable to its fault or negligence, which may result in the death or bodily harm, bodily or bodily, of persons or property, due to the performance of the respective obligations of the parties under this agreement.
Even after the termination of this contract, this liability remains, if these losses and damages were caused during the operation of this contract. DepEd is not liable for the loss of opportunity suffered by the company during the duration and after the termination of this contract.
